Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Please note: During peak periods, processing times may be delayed due to a high volume of orders or postal service disruptions beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer both calculated and flat-rate shipping options.

• Calculated Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated and shown during checkout based on your address and order weight.

• Flat Rate Shipping: We offer flat rate shipping of ₹49 across India.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

Available Shipping Options

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery for orders above ₹500 within Ahmedabad city limits. Orders below ₹500 incur a delivery charge of ₹30.

• Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday

• Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• You will receive a text message confirmation on the day of delivery using the number provided at checkout.

In-Store Pickup

• Pickup Time: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

• Orders are typically ready within 1 to 2 business days.

• We’ll notify you by email once your order is ready for pickup.

• Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:
USA, Canada, UK, Australia, UAE

We do not ship to: China, Russia, and North Korea at this time.

• Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Delivery time: 8 to 20 business days depending on location and customs clearance.

International Shipping Options

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other customs fees once it reaches your country. Mukhi Creation is not responsible for these charges, which must be paid by the customer.
